Our mission is to surround drivers with professional guidance in physical and mental preparation, nutrition, communications, and long-term career planning, helping them perform at their highest level while maintaining balance in everyday life.
From organizing training programs and helping young drivers to keep up with busy education and racing schedules, to coordinating sponsor obligations and managing social media presence, we handle the demands that come with a growing racing career. This allows athletes and their families to focus on what truly matters: development, consistency, and results.

Delia Zollinger
CEO , Performance Coach, Communications & Marketing Manager
Born and raised in Switzerland, I studied Sport, Health and Exercise Sciences at the University of Basel and went on to pursue a career in sports marketing, while working as social media manager for karting and formula drivers such as Formula 1 drivers Kimi Antonelli, Arvid Lindblad and up and coming British talent Freddie Slater. My passion for sports led me to pursue further certifications in Health & Perfomance coaching, while gathering pratical experience in the coaching field.
I am now coaching several drivers in the Swiss National Karting Championship as well as Iame and WSK Championships, while completing the Hintsa Performance Coach Certification Program.
